A 4-day performance retreat in Paso Robles designed to help you recharge, unwind and socialize.

What to Expect

A long weekend designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect- with your body and routine.

You’ll be staying in a private 4-bedroom, 3-bath wine country villa, complete with a pool, hot tub, and space to relax between sessions. The experience is intentionally balanced: structured training, time to unwind, and moments to connect with the group.

Each day included guided fitness sessions led by me, focused on building strength, improving estanima, and leaving you feeling energized. Not burned out.

Mornings start with complimentary breakfast, followed by either training or time to ease into the day. Afternoons are yours to enjoy; whether thats exploring Paso Robles, relaxing at the house, or joining the group for planned activities.

The weekend also includes a curated wine tasting experience, shuttle transportation for ease, and group dinner to close out the retreat.

Arrive & Unwind

Ease into the weekend with welcome drinks and light bites as you settle into the villa. Take time to relax, connect with the group, and get comfortable before days ahead.

Day Two

Train & Explore

Start the day with a guided training session, followed by breakfast and a trip to downtown Paso Robles. Enjoy a curated wine tasting experience before heading back for an evening out or relax at home.
